Personal Use Terms
These are what you MAY do with the graphics you've
purchased for personal use only.
You may use the graphics to design your own website.
You may use them to create signature tags, stationery,
cards, scrapbook pages for yourself.
You may use them to create pages for others, submit them
for publications as long as the graphics are in the form of
flattened images and provided you give credit to the
designer.

And these are what you are NOT ALLOWED to do.
You are not allowed to redistribute the graphics in any form.
You are not allowed to resell the graphics.
You are not allowed to include them in your collections and
claim them as your own.
You are not allowed to share them with anyone including
your family.
You are not allowed to copy them to CD and sell them for
profits.

Commercial Use:
You may sell my graphics for personal use only.
You may include my images to your kits as long as 20%of my
images are mixed with yours. If you like to increase the amount
my graphics you can mix with your graphics, you must purchase
my CU4CU license. This will allow you 50% of my graphics you
can mix with yours.
Only the merge images is to be sold commercially unless otherwise noted.
You may make tags, cards, stationery, scrapbook pages for
others, submit them for publications as long as the graphics are
in the form of flattened images and provided you give credit
to the designer.

CU for CU License Agreement
By purchasing a CU for CU license you will get an unlimited use of my action end result products. Rules and Conditions do apply:
Actions itself cannot be sold or offered as CU items or not even for FREE. However you can sell the end result or images of the actions. Include them in your kits, stashes, designer resources, grab bags, etc.
You must mix the end result images of the action with your other images to make a bundle products, stashes or grab bags.
Do not sell the action end result images by itself. Meaning your bundle products should have 50% of your images and 50% of the action end result images.
Making templates out of the action is not permitted.
You must indicate that license was provided for you to resell the end result products in your TOU's and you may place the license graphic in your store website or blog where you are planning to sell the graphics and you must link the customized graphic to https://digital-designs-by-elena.blogspot.com/
Anything that are not cited above are those things you are NOT
ALLOWED TO DO!
Purchasing this license does not give you the right to transfer the CU4CU license to your customers. You must direct them to me
to purchase a license of their own.
This product is for a license only, action products are sold separately.
This license agreement is subject for change.
